Notes

• Ads are a maximum of 175 words
• Graphic can be a logo or product picture, width in newsletter will be 150 pixels in width, maximum of 225 pixels height, in either JPG or GIF format (can be animated). We will alter to fit. We can produce animated GIFs for you at no charge!
• Ad rates are guaranteed through the length of the contract
• Ad billings will be applied to a credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
• Ad rates stated herein are guaranteed until July 1, 2010.

All payments are by Credit Card only (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). We will charge your card at the beginning of the month that the ads are scheduled to run and will send you a reminder notice and paid invoice notice via email. We will send hard copy invoices (marked paid) on request via fax if required.

Charges will be deposited to a US Bank, conversion from Euros to US Dollars done on the day of deposit using that day's conversion rate from the XE.com online currency convertor.
